Job Description / Responsibility Determines requirements by working with customers. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Achieve target to retain company’s goal. Full fills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual. Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features. Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience. Maintains call center database by entering information. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. Able to manage time effectively. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
